I have been a Stevie Wonder fan since the first time that I heard his music. I love the timelessness of it. Today I can laugh as I watch my children dance to superstition of living hard enough for the city. His message resonates across age, race and class and this is what makes him so amazing.

I am also a fan of Stevie Wonder and a musician. One thing that I like about Stevie, is that his music appears to those who are young and also old.

An artist just needs to disregard anything but his personal vision. I guess this is what you mean by courage and audacity, but I think these are overblown. Just bypass the entire realm of caring what people think about you and it becomes significantly easier.

In my opinion great art can be any style or technique or level of skill, but to qualify as great it has to create a substantial amount of activity in the viewer's mind or heart. Good art can be a matter of good concept or excellent skills in execution, but I think great art touches the mind, heart or soul of the viewer.

Stevie Wonder is a legend and has inspired many musicians not just in his music but his abilities to over come obstacles.
